Wow!!

Maybe the Cowardly Lion is really getting his mojo back!! The decision to take out Bin Laden had an incredible number of downside risks.

*What if the Pakistani Air Force had scrambled their jets? As I understand it, we didn't warn them in advance. We had fighters high above and it could have been their job to shoot down the Pakistani jets before they could shoot down our helicopters. Then what?

*The helicopters could have crashed/failed/malfunctioned (ala Jimmy Carter). One did and was left behind. Then how would we have gotten the Seals and Bin Laden out?

*And the list of potential disasters goes on. But none of them happened.

Now that Obama has faced down Pakistan, let's hope he gets enough courage to face down Congress.
